“Trasparenze” is a collection of mosaics made of crystal glass, so called because of its extraordinary clarity. Tesserae are decorated by applying, on the back, colored glazes or white or yellow gold-like metal foils, which, thanks to the transparency of the glass and the glossy surface, enrich the rooms with liquid reflections. The glass mosaics, in this collection full of proposals, are characterized by their extremely soft-touch edges, achieved by firing the tiles a, second time, at low temperatures.
